Sound Healer Mike Snyder leads you into a place of peace, calmness and relaxation through the wonderful sounds and tones of his music played with his tibetian singing bowl and electric keyboard. The purpose of these nights is to provide a sacred time just for men, to come together in a place of peace where everyone can unwind and release the stress's of life. It's a wonderful way to give yourself some much needed personal healing time. It's also a great way to open yourself up to receiving messages from your higher guidance and intuition if you choose. The night also offers everyone the opportunity to share in discussion after the meditation. Great for the beginner just learning how to meditate as well as for those with many years of experience. All men are welcome to participate!



Sound Healing Journey Meditation / Mike Snyder

 Through the use of an electric piano keyboard, Mike is able to produce very soothing tones and musical melodies in accordance with the energy fields of the person he is working on. The music becomes the "sound" of what the person is feeling at that moment. Many of the sessions begin with random tones and notes that eventually make their way into long wonderful melodies. During these classes we will open with a short/light meditation while Mike plays some balancing & chakra clearing tones. Then, we will setup the healing tables and take turns working on one another while Mike plays or gather in one big circle for a guided mediation to the music.
